SREDlog starts with a 7-day trial and does not require a card to begin. The trial can be used to build and review one filing, while final filing PDFs, workbooks, and binders unlock after payment. Plans prepay capacity for new filings during one annual subscription term rather than charging per seat.
Move the pricing slider to fit your firm. Stripe Checkout confirms the total and taxes. Each filing covers one corporation plus one tax year; unused capacity expires at the end of the subscription term.
What uses filing capacity
An empty filing record is free. Before the first substantive save, SREDlog shows exactly which filing number you are about to start and asks you to confirm. Once started, every later edit to that filing is included.
Deleting a started filing or its client does not restore capacity. The deletion confirmation shows the impact before anything moves, and a firm administrator can open Settings → Billing → View counted filings to reconcile active, recently deleted, and removed workspace records.
Manage the subscription
A firm administrator can open Settings → Billing to review the current plan, increase filing capacity, or schedule a lower capacity for renewal. Upgrades unlock after the difference shown in Stripe Checkout is paid; downgrades take effect at renewal without a mid-term credit or refund. The secure billing portal remains available for payment details, invoices, and cancellation.
Optional reminders and account-lifecycle emails can be controlled in profile settings. Transactional, security, and billing messages remain enabled because they contain information required to operate and protect the account.
