Upgrades are charged at the full annual difference and available after payment. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal; unused capacity expires at the end of the subscription year.
No. Every plan includes SREDlog AI and a monthly allowance, so you can use the AI features without supplying an OpenAI account or key. If your firm prefers its own OpenAI account, bring-your-own-key is supported.
