Find itWork and Portfolio

Work is the action queue for system-detected issues and tasks assigned to you. Portfolio is the complete client and claim directory. Use them for different jobs rather than treating either page as a second dashboard.

Start with the right surface

  • Open Work when you want to resolve due, blocked, or assigned items.
  • Open Portfolio → Clients to manage client records and access.
  • Open Portfolio → Claims to compare tax years, stages, owners, and filing status.

Save a view

Apply the filters and sort order you need, then save the list view with a clear operational name. Saved views preserve the list configuration; they do not copy or disclose the underlying records.

Use bulk actions carefully

Select only the records you have reviewed, choose the available action, and confirm the exact count. SREDlog checks your permission for each target, so a batch cannot expand your portfolio access.
