The Jira connector uses Atlassian OAuth with read-only scopes. A client chooses the Jira Cloud site and projects that can contribute evidence to the claim.

Connect approved projects

  1. The client signs in to their SREDlog portal, opens Connect, chooses Jira, and completes Atlassian authorization.
  2. After returning to SREDlog, choose the Jira Cloud site if prompted.
  3. Choose Share Projects, select the projects the consultant may access, and save the shared-access list.
  4. The consultant opens the client's Collaboration tab, opens Projects, maps each approved project, sets the activity window, and chooses Save & sync.

What enters SREDlog

SREDlog retrieves issue keys, summaries, types, current statuses, assignees, and worklog details for issues updated within the selected window. It does not retrieve a full status-change history and cannot edit issues, worklogs, or Jira configuration.

Disconnect or troubleshoot

If a project is missing, confirm the selected Jira site, the authorizing account's project permission, and the client's saved shared-access list. Use Sync in Connected sources to refresh evidence. Disconnect and revoke the Atlassian grant to stop access.
