Jira Live connector

Authorize Jira Cloud, choose the site and client-approved projects, then map them to the claim. SREDlog creates categorized, read-only evidence from updated issues and their worklogs.

What SREDlog takes in

  • Updated issue keys, summaries, types, current statuses and assignees
  • Worklog dates, authors, comments and time spent
  • A summarized evidence item per selected project and period

What it never touches

  • No write access: SREDlog cannot edit issues, worklogs or Jira configuration
  • Projects the client does not approve are never synced
  • Issue data outside the selected sync window is not pulled into the claim

Setup steps
  1. 1The client signs in to their SREDlog portal, opens Connect, chooses Jira and completes Atlassian authorization.
  2. 2Back in the portal, choose the Jira Cloud site if prompted, then choose Share Projects and save the projects the consultant may access.
  3. 3The consultant opens the client's Collaboration tab, maps each approved Jira project to a SREDlog project and sets the activity window.
  4. 4Choose Save & sync for the first pull. Use Sync in Connected sources to refresh updated issues and worklogs later.
