Azure DevOps Live connector

Authorize Azure DevOps, choose the organization and client-approved projects, then map them to the claim. SREDlog creates read-only evidence summaries from commits, changed work items and build results.

What SREDlog takes in

  • Commit messages and contributor activity from repositories in approved projects
  • Changed work items and their status
  • Build status and results for the selected period

What it never touches

  • Your source code is not stored. SREDlog reads repository activity, not file contents
  • No write access: SREDlog cannot change repos, work items or builds
  • Organizations and projects the client does not approve are never synced

Setup steps
  1. 1The client signs in to their SREDlog portal, opens Connect, chooses Azure DevOps and completes Microsoft authorization.
  2. 2Back in the portal, choose the Azure DevOps organization if prompted, then choose Share Projects and save the projects the consultant may access.
  3. 3The consultant opens the client's Collaboration tab, maps each approved Azure DevOps project to a SREDlog project and sets the activity window.
  4. 4Choose Save & sync for the first pull. Use Sync in Connected sources to refresh the evidence later.
